Michael Zuhorski is an artist and educator who works primarily with photography. He was born in 1992 in Detroit, Michigan. Michael holds a BFA from the College for Creative Studies, in Detroit, and an MFA in Art Photography from Syracuse University. He currently teaches photography at The Putney School, in Putney, Vermont.
Michael’s work is concerned with and how sustained attention can change the shape the world takes, the tangled relation of selfhood and placehood, and seeing with a beginner’s mind.
